Welcome to od form. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases and use of the website and services, provided through odform.com (the "Site"). By using this Site, placing an order, or interacting with my services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Products 

My products are made in Sweden. While I strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight variations in materials, finishes, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of my work. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once the payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraud. 

4. Made-to-Order Policy and Cancellations

With the exception of a few items in stock, all items are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on made-to-order or custom pieces. 

If you'd like to cancel your order, contact me immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order at our discretion - but this is not guaranteed.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Furniture and Physical Products

  • Made-to-order and custom furniture is non-refundable.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact me at info@odform.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage. I will work with you to offer a repair, replacement or another appropriate solution.

Digital Products

  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of downloadable content. 

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, custom duties, and other applicable taxes may be added during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

I ship worldwide with tracked and insured delivery. 

Physical Products

  • In-stock pieces typically ship within 1 week.
  • Made-to-order pieces usually ship within 4-8 weeks, depending on the project.
  • You will receive email updates during production and a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  • All physical products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
  • I use trusted couriers, and all shipments include tracking and insurance. 

Digital Products

  • Digital files (such as furniture plans) are delivered instantly via email or your account after purchase.
  • These products are non-refundable once delivered. 

Shipping Prices (Estimates)

    All shipping is included in the price for worldwide delivery.

    Please note:

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination or courier conditions.
    • International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, depending on local regulations.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website - including product designs, images, text, and graphics - is the property of od form AB and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without my written permission.

    9. Use of the Website

    You agree not to misuse this website. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Attempting to interfere with the Site's functionality or security.
    • Using false information when placing an order.
    • Copying content or designs for commercial use.

    We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or cancel orders if we suspect any misuse. 

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olof Davidssons Hantverk Och Design AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of my products. 

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase made via odform.com shall be resolved by Swedish courts. 

    12. Changes to Terms

    I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
